StyleCheck is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to provide outfit analysis, styling feedback, and fashion recommendations. Users can upload photos of their clothing and receive AI-generated evaluations, scores, and suggestions for improvement.
You must be at least 13 years old to use StyleCheck. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
To access certain features of StyleCheck, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update this information as needed.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
You retain all rights to any photos, text, or other content you upload to StyleCheck ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant StyleCheck a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, and analyze your content for the purpose of providing the Service, including training and improving our AI models (in accordance with our Privacy Policy).
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to User Content and that uploading it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

StyleCheck and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by AGR Apps or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use StyleCheck for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use is prohibited without our prior written consent.
StyleCheck uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit ratings, feedback, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect or suitable for all contexts. The feedback provided is subjective and intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee that AI recommendations will be accurate, beneficial, or appropriate for your specific circumstances. You should use your own judgment when implementing any suggestions provided by StyleCheck.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLECHECK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AGR APPS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF STYLECHECK.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGR Apps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of StyleCheck.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to StyleCheck at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use StyleCheck immediately ceases.
